About Jake Augeri

Tempe provides some of the best real estate advice I’ve seen on any platform. His passion, integrity, and desire to help others really stand out. Anyone who works with him would be lucky to have him on their side.

Highly recommend Templeton Walker Real Estate. Super experienced and genuinely knows the full real estate game. Sales, new builds, flips, financing, you name it. He recently helped me sell a duplex and made the whole process smooth, organized, and easy to understand. What really stands out is how helpful and transparent he is. He takes the time to explain the numbers, the strategy, and the risks instead of just pushing a deal. I’ve also learned a ton from the educational content he shares on Instagram. If you’re serious about investing, buying, selling, or learning the business, this is the kind of person you want in your corner.

Templeton is phenomenal at his craft. Focused, educated, experienced in all areas of real estate and is always ready to make your experience a 10/10. I highly recommend working with Templeton on buying, selling and investing! Truly a fantastic experience.

Best realtor in town and provides value beyond real estate.

If buying or selling a house was an Olympic sport, Temp would be taking gold while everyone else is still tying their shoes. This guy is unreal. Knowledgeable, responsive, brutally honest (in the best way), and somehow always one step ahead of the chaos. Questions? Answered. Problems? Solved. Stress? Eliminated. Temp doesn’t “hope things work out”, he makes them work out. He fights for you, explains everything without the real-estate mumbo jumbo, and actually answers his phone like it’s 2005. If you’re thinking about using another realtor, that’s fine… just know you’re choosing the off-brand version of Temp. 10/10. Would buy another house just to wo...

We’ve now purchased three properties with Templeton - both investment properties and a primary residence. I've also sold a property with him. There’s no one I’d trust more in Arizona with any real estate need. His knowledge is unmatched, he’s a strong negotiator, and he truly operates in the best interest of his clients. Templeton has the personality of working with your best friend, paired with the experience and professionalism of a top-tier agent. He also goes above and beyond explaining various creative finance and tax strategies behind each deal so you’re fully educated and confident whether you're buying or selling. If you're looking for your ...

Absolutely the best agent that has ever represented me. Not only did we get everything we wanted in the deal, our appraisal came in 100k high. If you want the best in the business, look no further Cole and Templeton are the best.

I had the pleasure of working with Templeton Walker on a deal that was a bit complicated, and as a fellow real estate agent, I can truly say his professionalism and expertise stood out. Templeton was able to navigate the challenges smoothly and help bring the transaction to a successful resolution. He is extremely knowledgeable in the real estate space, communicates clearly, and approaches every situation with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset. I would absolutely welcome the opportunity to work with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable agent.

There are a lot of folks who work in real estate, but very few who KNOW real estate like Templeton Walker. Despite his extensive expertise in luxury real estate, the true luxury Temp delivers to his clients is the experience. Whether you hold a robust portfolio or you’re trying to secure your dream home, Templeton will not only get the job done, but he will set you up for success by understanding your goals and helping you navigate the best course of action before, during, and after your purchase. Not enough good things can be said about how special of a real estate professional Templeton Walker is!

The passion that Temp has for helping people learn and grow is unmatched. His knowledge of real estate is like no other and he has no problem sharing all his secrets with anybody wanting to listen. He also has the ability to create opportunity for his clients and the people around him in real estate and life. I am constantly looking to surround myself with more people like him and would recommend him to anybody looking to get anything done in real estate!

Jake did an outstanding job for us. He was Johnny on the spot throughout the entire process and in fact, went above and beyond to help clear roadblocks and ensure t's were crossed, and i's were dotted! I highly recommend Jake and his team!

Jake was great, always answered and returned my calls on time. Helped sooo much with our move from California to Arizona. I would definitely work with him again! His strongest asset is his honesty and reliability.

Jacob was amazing to work with! Throughout the entire process, Jacob was professional, responsive, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and offered thoughtful guidance every step of the way, whether it was scheduling last-minute showings, answering my many questions with patients, or negotiating skillfully on our behalf. Jacob consistently went above and beyond, keeping his integrity and keeping our best interests in mind.

I have used Templeton to buy and sell a house, and both processes couldn't have been easier. I've heard the experience of buying and selling a house is one of the most stressful times you will ever experience in life, but with Templeton and his amazing staff, I could not disagree more. When we initially discussed listing our house for sale, Templeton laid out a step-by-step plan that we needed to accomplish to get foot traffic and ultimately sell our house for top dollar. Templeton's plan worked to perfection. We sold our house within a matter of days and received a quality offer that he helped negotiate higher. He demonstrated the right mix of stre...

Templeton's knowledge and expertise got us top dollar for our home. He priced our home correctly and received a cash offer within a week of being on the market. Templeton's negotiation skills saved us money through closing costs. He made the entire transaction seamless and effectively addressed all of our concerns. Overall, great experience!

Templeton and Cole provided phenomenal service! I would recommend them to anyone looking for great agents to work with who have your best interest at heart!

Cole and Templeton are the best to work with! They are very responsive, very helpful, and truly care. I can't thank them enough for their guidance. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I could not speak more highly of Cole and Temp! They were on top of everything from start to finish and made our second experience with real estate so smooth for my fiancée and me. They had a ton of knowledge on Gilbert, Chandler, and all the surrounding areas. Throughout the process, I did not doubt that we made the right decision to go with them!

I’ve had the privilege of working with Templeton in real estate, and he’s been nothing short of amazing. He mentored me and taught me so much about the business even before I got my license, and he’s one of the biggest reasons I became a realtor myself. I also recently worked with Cole, and he’s awesome! An amazing resource and someone I can always count on. I primarily work in Tucson, but whenever I need support or insight in the Phoenix market, Templeton and Cole are always my first call. Both bring tremendous value, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate.

Working with Cole was a fantastic experience from start to finish. They were professional, communicative, and always a step ahead throughout the process. Cole handled every detail efficiently and kept things moving all the way to closing. Their calm and confident approach made everything feel stress-free, and they were a true pleasure to collaborate with. I highly recommend working with Cole for anyone seeking an agent who combines strong market knowledge with excellent communication and professionalism.
