I just finished working on one of the coolest luxury projects Scottsdale, Arizona, has ever seen. In partnership with local developer Gem Montero and the design work of Joel Contreras, we have put one of the most distinctive and beautiful properties on the market.
A local agent brought the deal to us in March of this year, and we knew we were on to something special. Originally designed as a Santa Fe Modern home, the house was in disarray. Many of the rooms were down to the studs, and we knew we had our work cut out for us.
One of the first calls we made was to Joel Contreras, who’s worked as a designer on countless luxury projects in the Phoenix metro area. He partnered with another local design firm, Arqa Design, and helped us envision what the property could be.
Once we received the vision for what needed to happen, we got to work on the delicate task of maintaining and highlighting what makes the house so unique and special to begin with. As you look at the pictures, you’ll see that we left the wood all throughout the house. Not only that, but we installed a window package that ensured the natural light was everywhere.
We imported materials from all over the world, and the different finishes came together for what can only be described as a masterpiece.
The backyard had an unusual shape to it, so we designed and installed a pool package tailored specifically to the space we had. This actually turned out to be one of the many bright spots of the project.
Overall, we spent six months and spared no expense to do this right. When you think about luxury real estate in Arizona, there’s no one who’s doing it like we are right now.
I hope you love the finished product.
